December 1 marks a New Moon 🌑 a time to set powerful intentions and release what no longer serves you. The New Moon is Spirit’s way of reminding us that to welcome new beginnings, we must first create space by letting go of the old.

And even if you’re reading this after the New Moon, know that every day is an opportunity for a new beginning. 🌞 Spirit invites us to reflect, release, and renew at any time. With each step, you’re making room for abundance, joy, and transformation. 🌸

🗓️ Hello December!

This is a season for deep self-reflection. 🌱 What are you holding onto that no longer aligns with the life you’re building? What seeds of intention do you want to plant as we enter a new year?

Sometimes our best harvest grows in the dead of winter.

Winter, often seen as a time of stillness and endings, reminds us that even in what feels like a season of pause, transformation is quietly at work. The earth rests, preparing for renewal, and so do we. It’s in these moments of letting go and reflection that the seeds of our next harvest are planted. Trust the process! As what may seem like an end is often the beginning of something even greater. Sometimes, it’s in the coldest seasons that we find the warmth of our greatest growth.

Spirit is always guiding us, but it’s up to us to pause, listen, and align with the flow of change.

This year has been one of transformation and discovery. 🦋 As I think back on our recent sessions, I’m reminded of the beautiful feedback I’ve received:
