Let Us Pray …job interview

Heavenly Father,

I come before You today with gratitude for the opportunity to interview for this job. I ask for Your guidance, wisdom, and favor throughout this process. Calm my nerves and grant me the confidence to represent myself truthfully and well. Help me to trust that You are in control of my future.

As I prepare for this interview, I am reminded of the words in Psalm 122:

“I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go to the house of the Lord!’ Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem!”

(Psalm 122:1-2)

Lord, just as Your people rejoice to enter Your presence, I rejoice at this opportunity and trust in Your plan for my life. Help me to walk confidently, knowing that You are with me, guiding my steps.

May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let Your will be done in this situation, and if this job is Your plan for me, I ask that You make the path clear. If not, I trust that You have something even better in store for me.

I place this interview and my future in Your hands, Lord.
